Sea Glass (2020)

Program Note

       The music begins when a piece of glass shatters on a beach and is swept away by the sea. It tumbles through the ocean, the waves gradually softening its sharp texture. Eventually, the ocean relinquishes the glass, now smooth, and delivers it back up onto the sand.
